Terms and Conditions (T&Cs)
1. Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) apply to all orders placed through the "Vitass" online shop by consumers and businesses.

Delivery is available to Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
2. Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an non-binding online catalog.
By clicking the "Buy now" button, the customer places a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart. The purchase contract is concluded as soon as we confirm the order by e-mail.
3. Prices and Shipping Costs
All stated prices include the statutory value-added tax, if applicable.
In addition to the stated prices, shipping costs may apply. These will be clearly communicated to the customer during the ordering process.
For deliveries to Switzerland, additional customs duties, taxes, or fees may apply, which are to be borne by the customer.
4. Delivery and Delivery Time
Delivery is available to Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
The delivery time is generally 8–10 business days, unless a different delivery time is specified for the respective product.
Should a product not be available, we reserve the right not to make the delivery. Any payments already made will be refunded immediately in this case.
5. Payment Methods

6. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers are entitled to the statutory right of withdrawal.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from receipt of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform us of their decision by means of a clear statement.
The return shipping costs are borne by the customer, if legally permissible.
Opened or used beauty and hygiene products are excluded from withdrawal if they are not suitable for return for hygienic reasons.
7. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
8. Warranty
The statutory warranty rights apply.
9. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, as well as for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health.
In all other respects, liability is limited to foreseeable, typical contractual damages.
10. Data Protection
Information on the processing of personal data can be found in our privacy policy.
11. Final Provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
Should individual provisions of these T&Cs be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
